Clay-mazing Fish-Spring Break Mini-Camp!

Come get those hands muddy as we have 2 full mornings plus and additional open studio choice to create amazing fish with clay! Students ages 6 and up will enjoy creating a slab-based fishbowl complete with fish, plants, snails and more, all out of clay. We will discuss the history of clay and how it has been used in our country for centuries. They will also learn the different drawing stages and firing stages of clay. Projects will be dried and kiln fired right after your 2 sessions during Spring Break. After firing, students will return for an open studio time (choose March 28 or April 2) to paint and seal their pieces. Such a fun spring break art activity creating a fishbowl that can hang on your wall anywhere!
